A breath of fresh air

Arbor Fox breathed new life into South Beach, a 220 unit community built in 2017. The property had a strong teal and pink party theme that we wanted to move away from, but without a full repositioning or major construction. We selectively updated finishes and furnishings, incorporating light woods, organic shapes, and texture throughout the clubhouse and pool area to make these amenities feel both luxe and welcoming, while staying true to the South Beach vibe.
