Kenilworth’s leasing office building was so distinctive, the post-and-beam building served as its logo. We highlighted the building structure, keeping the original copper fireplace hood and wood liquor cabinets, and brought in social gathering areas including a large party room, wine bar, library, expanded fitness center, and yoga room.
